“I’m sending you over to our preferred mortgage lender, 21st Mortgage. When it asks you how much the home you are buying is, just put however much you are wanting to spend, then put $0 in the tax line.
It will also ask you who you are buying from, put Manufactured Home Retailer, then put 3367.1 in the boxes and it will bring up Granger Mobile Homes, that’s me 🙂
